TMAK Restoration was founded in 2014 by owner Michael “Mike” McCandless, who built the company the old-fashioned way — one referral and one satisfied homeowner at a time. There was no ad blitz and no shortcut. There was a reputation for doing careful work, and word got around Cleveland’s east side.
That same tightly-knit crew has worked together for 10+ years and brings over 20 years of combined remodeling experience to every job. The process is deliberately simple: a free in-home consultation, real help with design and planning, and a build run by a small, dedicated team — not a rotating cast of unknown subs.
