Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

TMAK Restoration is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, including visitors with disabilities. We want every homeowner across Greater Cleveland's east side to be able to learn about our kitchen and bathroom remodeling services, view our work, and reach out to us with ease.

We treat digital accessibility the same way we treat our craftsmanship — with attention to detail and a genuine effort to get it right.

Standards We Aim For

We work toward conforming with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological differences.

What We've Done

Steps we take to keep this site usable for everyone include:

Descriptive text for images.

Photos of our projects include alternative text so screen-reader users can understand what's shown.

Readable structure and headings.

Pages use clear headings and a logical reading order so the content is easy to navigate with assistive technology.

Keyboard navigation.

Menus, links, and buttons are built to be operated without a mouse where possible.

Legible color and contrast.

We aim for text and background color combinations that stay readable for visitors with low vision.

Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time task. As we update our site and add new project photos and pages, we review them with accessibility in mind. We also welcome feedback that helps us find and fix problems we may have missed.

Third-Party Content

Some parts of our site may rely on tools or content from other companies — for example, an embedded map or a scheduling widget. We do our best to choose accessible services, but we may not have full control over content that other companies provide.

Need Help or Have Feedback?

If you run into any part of our website that is difficult to use, or you need information in a different format, please let us know — and we'll do our best to help. You can reach Mike and the team by email at [email protected] or by phone or text at (216) 287-0877. You can also write to us at 425 W Glengary Cir, Highland Heights, OH 44143.

If you'd rather just talk it through, calling is often the fastest way — a real person answers, and we're happy to walk you through anything you need.

Changes to This Statement

If we make meaningful changes to how we handle accessibility, we'll post the updated statement here with a new "last updated" date at the top.
