About the Blog

When We Have Something Useful to Say, We Write It Down

Most of these posts started as questions homeowners asked us in the middle of a kitchen teardown or a bathroom gut somewhere across Cuyahoga, Lake, and Geauga counties — questions we figured a lot more people probably had. The rest are "here's what we learned in 20-plus years of remodeling" notes. Kitchens, baths, cabinets, flooring — if it's inside your home, it's fair game.

No keyword-stuffed listicles. Just real questions, honest answers, and the occasional opinion about what we think most contractors get wrong. If you're weighing a project, start with our bathroom remodel ideas and work back from there.
